Night vision represents the sensitivity of your eyes, or other means of vision, to light.  Without night vision, you cannot see in
the dark.  At night vision level 1, you can see in ordinary darkness.  At higher levels of night vision, you can see through
increasing levels of unnaturally-induced darkness, and your eyes are become over-sensitive to light; every point of night vision
beyond 1 results in 2 points of the light sensitivity trait.
