Rookah

   This is a male kobold with black scales, yellow horns, and fiery eyes. 
Rookah is the chieftan of Ranthos.  His scarred face and broken teeth tell of
the numerous battles he has fought in.  
   He looks about eight and three tenths dimins tall, two and three fifths
dimins wide, and thirteen twentieths of a dimin front to back.

Tends to be armed with an artifact sword, a diminutive suit of adamantite plate armour and some kind of magic item.
