   Creates a kite and places it under one's control and ownership.

This is a shifting field of light that swirls in a pattern of movement that gives it a
consistently raptor-like shape.  You recognize it as a kite, an entity of significant power from
the amalgamal plane of Light.  Kites are more sapient than mere amalgamals, being possessed of
roughly animal intelligence.  Kites are known for being solitary hunters, and for their apparently
ability to fly under extraordinary circumstances, such as in a void or with a crippled wing.  It
appears to be composed of a webwork of light.  It has a tracery of sparkling light within and
around it.  It is giving off light.  
   It looks about one and three quarters dimins long, one and three twentieths dimins wide, and
one and three quarters dimins tall.  
   It is in good shape.
