Eskara

Eskara is the collective term for various substances which share the property of giving off a dangerous kind of energy called eskaris. In some circles, eskaris is called 'radiation' and the clumsy term for eskara is 'radioactive materials', but most magicians and other learned folk concerned with the topic consider 'eskara', 'eskaris', and 'eskaric' correct; not only are these more precise, but they are the traditional phraseology for the subject handed down to us from the ancient Graecan civilization.
