Horseshoes made from whatever that grant the trait of Wingless Flight when enough are worn.

    This is a horseshoe made of steel.  The quality of its craftsmanship is good.  It is marked
with a regular pattern of runes.  It is an enchanted Horseshoe of Flight.  When a creature wears at
least half as many of these horseshoes as it has hooves, the power of flight is granted --
additional horseshoes increase the creature's maneuverability.  It is permeated by a dim shimmering
radiance.

    The magically shod creature is drained of 20 points of spiritual energy every 30 seconds.
