A New Age of Heroes

Recently, a group of builders unearthed what looks to be the remains of a temple in southern Losthaven. While the city government mulls what to do about it, a man named Homer has taken up near-permanent residence in the ruins. He claims to have had contact with the old Graecan god Aristes, and that the temple belongs to him. Aristes, he claims, is ready to return and enact new miracles, ushering in a new age of heroes. He is seeking help from heroic adventurers in this task.

[OOC: This is an event that will run for one month, and presages the release of a new guild, the Aristeia. The physical infrastructure for the guild will have potential benefits for all players. It will be unlocked in tiers, with the first five tiers costing about a million experience contributed each, and subsequent tiers TBD depending on the pace of the first five. :) Sorry for lack of upfront clarity, but I'm not sure what to expect in terms of numbers yet. The resulting guild, infrastructure, and individual rewards for contributions will be distributed before the end of February. I promise it will be worth your while.]
