Command: Conciliate 

General-Use Command
Usage: conciliate [with <target(s)>]
Aliases: relent

This command allows you to attempt to stop fighting one, some or all of your opponents.  This will only be successful if your opponent would trust you if you weren't fighting, or
is friends with another opponent who trusts you.  Attempting to conciliate and failing gives an opponent a temporary combat advantage over you.

    Examples: conciliate
              conciliate with Bob
              conciliate with companions
