For anyone interested in actually doing damage to this broad I was able to tag her with Mettik's staff, a chaoswind Vereko mote, and a mote from dracula's gardener. Seems to be at least slightly weak to earth damage.

She looks about sixteen and a half dimins tall, five and a tenth dimins wide, and one and three tenths dimins front to back.  
She is in good shape.  
She wields the Shadow Staff in her hands.  
She wears an azure scithial robe around her body and a paraquerlos on her head, chest, arms, hands, legs, and feet.  
She is carrying Ripple.
