   The cryosanthemum is a rare species of flower, native to cold climates,
that uses ice extensively in its physical structure, such that they may easily
be mistaken for ice formations in the shape of a flower.  They are sought
after by mages and alchemists for their unusual embodiment of principles of
cold and ice alongside those of life.
