Hi! I love writing and classifying Material-related pages.

Important combat skills to train for newbies (or so I think):

• Resilience (no stun)
• Steadiness (no stun)
• Combat Reflexes (react faster)
• Hardiness (more hp)
• Your weapon skill (plus Unarmed Combat)
• Dodge/Parry/the other one, depending on what you use (might have meant Shield)
• Massive Blow (among the most important, how hard do you hit)
• Precision Strike
• Maybe more

More minor skills (?):

• Tactics

It can be easy to train Hardiness, weapon, CR, MB, but miss Resilience & Steadiness, therefore have a poor combat performance. (and some guilds *cough cough* don't offer access in those)
