    This is a thin male urga with startlingly clear blue eyes and a certain presence about him of
detachment and vision -- the air of a prophet, perhaps.  His forehead seems to protrude a bit, his
reasonably well-kept black hair cut so as not to obscure it.  He has a few thin wisps of jagged
violet glare, a few thin wisps of surging radiance, a tracery of green radiance, a tracery of
silvery light, and a webwork of sparkling light within and around him.
    He looks about fifteen and a half dimins tall, five and three tenths dimins wide, and one and
seven twentieths dimins front to back.
