Resting

   Start Resting

   General-Use Miscellaneous Activity
   Usage: start resting

   Causes you to begin resting.  While you are resting, you will recuperate
and heal more quickly than otherwise.  You will stop resting if you move,
engage in combat, perform any other strenuous activity, or use the command
'stop resting'.  You will be a bit groggy for a little while when you have
just rested.
