Hiroto is seeking a wheel lotus to enhance the beauty of Sai, his inamorata-in-potentia.

   This quest was created by Twilight.

Note: for me he required an orange wheel lotus. not sure if its always orange now though. If you give him the wrong color, he will keep it and give you nothing for your trouble.

He's in the Hanoma bar. NI from 1,0 in Hanoma. Say "sai" or "lotus" in the Kyotsugo and he'll tell you what he wants.
