Hiroto is seeking a blue wheel lotus to enhance the beauty of Sai, his inamorata-in-potentia.

Note: for me he required an orange wheel lotus. not sure if its always orange now though. If you give him the wrong color, he will keep it and give you nothing for your trouble.
