Padekki, wandering inventor, needs sources of esoteric energies to power his amazing analytical engine. Find him and see what he needs.

   This quest was created by Chaos and is maintained by Almior, Bectile, Crylos, Gara, Chaos,
   and Bannor.

When you find him, you ask him "what types are available?". This will give you a list of all of the energy sources he can analyze, and the ones he can "with the right energy source". This latter list is what you're after. To complete the quest, you need to give him a wand of one of the energy sources he can't currently analyze.
