Arcane Focus -- the ability to focus one's will in arcane combat

   Class: Esoteric Skills
   Attribute: Willpower
   Pedagogy: Procedural

This skill represents a practiced ability to focus one's will when using arcane forms of attack -- spells, magickal attacks controlled by will, and the like -- so that the effect strikes as true as possible, rather than going for the potentially more impressive but riskier shot. The higher this skill, the higher the minimum damage that will be done by a successful attack; maximum damage is unaffected. Development note: this will only apply to effects using reasonably up-to-date mechanics.
