This skill represents an overall, in-depth familiarity with arctic terrain, including 
tundra, taiga, and glacier regions.  When in such terrain, this familiarity aids one 
in fighting, movement, and the use of a variety of skills, such as tracking, stealth, 
foraging, and elude.
