Ardhalokha -- a word in the Archaen language meaning 'half-human' -- are the result of a successful mating between human and fomor. Such births are vanishingly rare, and the resulting offspring primarily favor their human parent, conforming to standard human genders and appearances with the exception of their unusual coloring. Ardhalokha inherit increased hardiness of body from their fomori ancestry, including toughened skin and powerful strikes, although they gain no supernatural powers or claws. Shunned in fomori society, Ardhalokha typically thrive in human communities, where they are known as half-demons or cambions. An average ardhalokh typically possesses the ability to live for several centuries and have been said to aspire to a maximum age of nearly half a millenium, but often perish long before this limit due to their difficult circumstances in human society.

Ardhalokha are half-fomor and thus receive demonic abilities. They may also be vulnerable to things that specifically target demons.
