At'lordrith's Riddle

The forest is dying. It's only savior is a wise and mighty dragon known as At'lordrith. He is reputed to have infinite knowledge in the healing arts. Those willing to face the challenge should seek out At'lordrith's cave, somewhere in the cold climates of the north.

Notes

At'lordrith's cave is located in the far southeast corner of the Northlands.

Say "forest" to him, and he'll ask you three riddles. The riddles are different each time you do the quest, so you're on your own for answering them. If you get all three right, he'll give you some dragon scales.

"crush scales", and you'll have dragon scale dust. You'll need to mix it with water, so you'll need a canteen (other water sources might work). Then "mix dust with water" and you'll have a potion.

Head on over to -33, 11, 0 in Calais and you should see a massive oak tree. "pour potion on tree" and the quest is complete.
