Xaolyn here! This guy, as the information states gives you eye lasers! This is per eye, so if you happen to be something with a lot of them, like a shoggoth or a bezhuldaar, you'll put the major hurts on people! Getting limbs off live people can be difficult but it really does make a difference, it's like pew pew versus BOOM.
