This is a female advenus with white skin, blonde hair, and pale blue eyes. You recognize her as a potent soothsayer who, according to legend, has an incredibly high rate of accuracy in her predictions, so much so that she was forced to flee her kingdom after receiving a vision of the death of the royal family. Fleeing did no good, for her prediction came true, regardless, and earned her the emnity of an entire nation. After serving as an advisor to Vestitus and teaching him the ways of the world above the waves, she was rewarded with sanctuary beneath the waves. She looks about sixteen and a half dimins tall, five and three twentieths dimins wide, and one and three tenths dimins front to back. She is in good shape.
