   enchantment skill plus 50% of willpower plus 50% of charisma
 Energy Costs            : one hundred seventy-five points of spiritual energy
 Charm Evocation Process : concentrate on reinforcing the prime matter within <target>

This power enables a ranger who is bonded to a creature of chaos to attempt to infuse an object with chaos energies.
