Several enemies may potentially be caught, though there is also a danger of
harming allies.  Those who survive the initial fiery blast are often burned to
death shortly thereafter by the flames clinging to them.  There is no subtlety
to this rune; its use is nothing but a demonstration of raw, terrifying power.
