Magical cloaks that imbue the wearer with the ability to form magical wings.
This is a cloak made of violet gold and airy silk. The quality of its craftsmanship is exquisite. You recognize this as a cloudcloak, so named for its ability to transform a part of itself into wings for its wearer.
