Creates a piece of armour or a weapon.  Can also be used to create clothing and mundane objects of certain types.

Some examples of "mundane objects" that can be constructed include barrels, boulders, and rocks.

Armour types may be a useful resource for seeing what armor can be created.

Some items may have different colours such as "shifting bright white", "bright yellow", and so forth.
