Creates a aphex and places it under one's control and ownership.

This is a shifting field of yellow light that swirls in a pattern of movement that gives it a
consistently cat-like shape.  You recognize it as an aphex, an entity of significant power from
the amalgamal plane of Light.  Aphexes are more sapient than mere amalgamals, being possessed of
roughly animal intelligence.  Though not particularly stealthy in the dark, in broad daylight and
in the brighter planes, aphexes are known to be cunning and even camouflage.  It appears to be
composed of a few thin streamers of light.  It has a webwork of sparkling light within and around
it.  It is giving off light.
