[Usage :] cast cure blindness [-] [on <target>]
[Effect :] When cure blindness is cast sight is restored to
the target if supplied, otherwise to the caster.
If the reverse, cause blindness, is cast the
target is temporarily robbed of sight. If a
target is not supplied it defaults the caster's
current attacker.
