   General-Use Rating Display
   Usage: show damage rating with <what>

   Displays your damage rating with the specified weapon, attack-capable limb, or combat maneuver, with respect to your current
   opponent, if any.  Each general factor affecting your damage rating will be listed, along with a running total.
