   Base Energy Costs: seventeen points of spiritual energy
   This spell is a variant of wind blast used by mages familiar with the desert.  It is slightly more costly and slightly more powerful than it's purely 
   elemental variant, and some magi also find it useful to be able to affect heat damage in certain circumstances.
