This spell causes the target to float and drift in the wind, giving him the ability to fly without using wings. The amount of aerial control granted is not impressive (though those more skilled can mitigate the handicap with their enchantment somewhat), but the power of flight is nonetheless greatly useful, and indeed eminently enjoyable.

   4) enchanting one's target to drift
       Type: Thought
       Importance: great
       Difficulty: easy
       Skills: evocation (moderate), aeroturgy (small), concentration (small), and enchantment (small)
