Kyrsledan says, oO While my undead servants are weakening this place on their own, I believe there is a way I can escape faster. Oo Kyrsledan says, oO If one of them has absorbed enough magic, pieces of its bones may act as a battery for the power they have drained. Oo Kyrsledan says, oO There exists in the world a device that can magically combine items. Use it to combine the shards into a powerful talisman. Oo Kyrsledan says, oO Bring this talisman back to me, and I will be able to use its power to augment my own, and escape once and for all. Oo
To summarize, go kill the undead enemies in Tenereth's Rest and they will rarely drop glowing bone shards. Get a bunch of those, and go find the device to fuse them and give the produced amulet to Kyrsledan.
The device is a "talismanic cube" which randomloads. Put 10 shards inside, close it and then tap the cube.
