Activation of the rune the rune fyl'thyrzha shapes and solidifies the air around the bearer's Ring of Power, twisting and forming it into a tangible, if nearly invisible, whip. Without physical contact the energies that sustain the construct will dissipate back into its surroundings, but the process of deconstruction will take several seconds.
