Bonding Requirements

Imagining the Bond

You imagine what it would be like to have a deep bond with the light brown quadruped, and you feel a distinct echo from within it. You experience feelings of vitality, cuteness, ferocity, softness, viciousness and adoration.

Known Abilities

The Gleepli are able to emit a burst of radiance as an attack by feeping at a foe. This appears to be at least in part an extropic attack.

Attribute Modifications

Bonuses in willpower, charisma, perception.

Specialty Bonuses

Bonus specialty degrees and access are provided as follows:

Tier 1

  • Immediately upon bonding
  • In the middle of very healthy
  • In the middle of deep

Tier 2

  • In the middle of very frail
  • Somewhere around resilient

Tier 3

  • At the middle of "fairly healthy":

Tier 4

  • Sometime after achieving intimate

Charms

Initially the gleepli grants the following charms:

Shortly thereafter

Still at "Very Frail"

  • Kinsee
  • Convert, allowing the Zetesai to acquire extropic energy.

At "somewhat frail":

Additional Bonuses and Powers

At "Very Frail", grants a special attack: "Swirl of Radiance", which is similar to the Gleepli's feeping attack.

At deep, an additional special attack, mote of chaos is granted.

  • Mote of chaos has an additional effect, tending to teleport people, items, and limbs it strikes a short distance away. This effect can render an opponent naked and headless in fairly short order.

An Example:

You flick a wisp of chaos into Phylaris's head, connecting with remarkable precision and randomizing it.
Phylaris has been stunned.
Phylaris's large bone amulet glows with chaotic light and disappears.
A large bone amulet appears nearby in a flare of chaotic light.
You flick a wisp of chaos into Phylaris's head, connecting fairly well and deconstructing it, despite his attempt to dodge.
Phylaris's head glows with chaotic light and disappears.
Phylaris's head is amputated.
A fresh human head appears nearby in a flare of chaotic light.

Traits granted

At "robust" bond strength, a point of the limb regenerativity trait is granted, and increases with bond strength.

Somatic adaptability, starting at around robust.
