The rune glochar grants access to a planar pocket, common between all Ringwielders with this rune, to and from which items may be transported.  To view the current contents
of the pocket, activate the rune with no specification.  To transport an item from your inventory to the pocket, provide a specification of the word "vos" followed by the name of
the item; to transport an item from the pocket, provide a specification of the word "bas" followed by the name of the item.
