Class: Mental Skills
Attribute: Perception Pedagogy: Procedural Practitioner Term: Introspector
The ability to monitor and reflect upon one's own mental functioning, including one's thoughts, emotions, habits, dispositions, and motives. Those skilled at introspection will have greater reserves of spiritual energy and recover it more quickly while resting.
