Kentaur Isle, where the Kentaur roam free.
Get there by taking the boat east of Losthaven, or swim all the way east in the ocean and then start heading south. You'll hit a beach eventually.
There is a Kentaur Village where Chiron the Elder, Ripheus, and Ronela reside.
There is a dangerous raging river, which has swalled many an adventurer on foot. Beware!
