-Goto 0, -1, -4 in Crystal Caves and "think about transport" to be transported in with Zhara. Note there is no exit until you kill Zhara so be sure you want to do this before you transport yourself in. Once Zhara is dead, "think about transport" should take you outside again. Zhara also teaches skills so before you proceed to kill her, you might engage in a training session first.
