Lakan is a desolate otherplanar realm where lightning strikes are frequent. The constant storms and rumbling thunder have driven the local residents into a state of hysteria and near lunacy... or maybe they were that way to begin with. The usual method of entrance is through egresses out of the Exoma. But be warned: if you choose to enter, finding a way out is not as easy, and as I said, lightning strikes _everything_, including you, and it doesn't tickle!
In the center of Lakan is a lightning rod which one can climb, but of course, if anything will attract lightning, a rod will. On the whole, a place better avoided.
