This is a tiny speck of black selero. These creatures are called loamota, a small and highly
adaptable creature that typically floats in the atmosphere of Illani. They are often observed by
planar travelers, as they have a tendency to get caught up in Umbral currents and drift to various
planes, settling into small, living, cloud-like clusters of moon dust. Loamata are generally
avoided as pests; in small numbers they can be noxious to the touch, and in large numbers they can
even be deadly. It appears to be composed of a few thin streamers of emptiness, a few thin wisps
of blackness, and a few thin wisps of surging radiance. It has a few thin wisps of sparkling light
within and around it.
It looks about three tenths of a dimin across.
