   With the responsibility of bringing justice to this chaotic existence
   comes the reward of divine grace.  Among the questors of Tyr, this grace is
   honored through the Lord Questor of Tyr.  To the questor who has gained the
   most favor of the Even-Handed is granted with the Seal of Tyr.  For some, this
   is an honor they feel they do not deserve.  Tyr recognizes this humility,
   leaving the choice of accepting the title of Lord Questor to each individual.

   To begin being eligible for the office of the Lord Questor, think about
   accepting the office of Lord Questor.  To cease being eligible, think about
   declining the office of Lord Questor.
