This is a male rajan. Norij K'tal is a young but talented member of the Torquar, the group of necromancer-priests who enforce the state religion of Rajanistan. Norij's penchant for exploration -- and his aversion to senseless slaughter, the national pastime of Rajanistan -- makes him a perfect candidate for his current position as the pilot of a windship used in an exploratory mission. He has relatively pale skin for his race, and overly prominent horns. His long black hair hangs partially in his face -- a show of rebellion against the authoritarian Torquar, which strongly suggests that members always wear their given masks.
