Class: Rogue Skills Attribute: Dexterity Pedagogy: Procedural
The ability to extract possessions from another individual's possession without all the fuss of letting them know about it. Covers both the physical techniques involved in having sticky fingers and the skills of misdirection and timing necessary to avoiding detection.
