Usage: perform piercing talon [on <target>] Requirement to Use: have at least 100 points among 100% of brawling skill, 75% of unarmed combat skill, and 75% of dirty fighting skill and be familiar with piercing talon Typical Activity Cost: 10
Using your hands like the talons of the vicious eagle you strike at your opponent with a quick, but accurate, attack. This attack causes little vital damage, but can induce immobilizing pain to your opponent.
