This skill represents an overall, in-depth familiarity with plains terrain, 
including regions of grasslands, meadow, and prairie.  When in such terrain, 
this familiarity aids one in fighting, movement, and the use of a variety of 
skills, such as tracking, stealth, foraging, and elude.
