Hello, there.

This is an ongoing project started by Nero and Xathanon (by primary incarnos) to find the last two hidden benisons for Aedarene. To... lift the veil of Aeda's secrets, so to speak.

Universal Notes:

We know there are three secret benisons at the moment. Here's what confirmed information we have that's relevant to both of them:

1) all of them are based on Intelligence skills.

2) There is one that can be unlocked at tier 3 (hierophant) and one that can only be unlocked at tier 4 (elder) and a new one that we don't know the rank of.

3) We will refer to the tier 3 benison as 'the little one' and the tier 4 benison as 'the big one', and the new one as the Other One.

4) either the Little One or the Big One was formed by a complaint of "X skill needs a benison to go with it" - we do not know which one.

5) Neither the big one nor the little one requires Bellerophrasty or Mortuary.

Little One Notes

Here's the confirmed information on the little one:

1) It requires no more than 2 int specialty points to unlock.

2) The two int specialty points are both in skills that Aedarene has innate access to.

3) The int specialty points are in two different skills.

4) This benison's name is "Scalpel of Asklepeios" - and its skills are related to its name.

5) neither of this benison's skills are scholarly skills.

 [OOC Marcosy] saeban has pointed out to me that you technically only have to put spec points into one of the two skills for the t3 benison to acquire it, though it's deeply suboptimal to do it that way

Big One Notes

Here's the confirmed information on the big one:

1) It requires 195 skill in two int skills that are not normally used by Aedarene very much.

2) Both of these skills are taught by Sophratius.

3) It also requires a smattering of other skills that may require additional access from associations.

4) It requires a decent amount of Enchantment - not 195, so probably 145

5) Requires Philosophy to be at a high level

6) Metaphysics is also "kinda important" - Marcosy

 [OOC Marcosy] if one were to try to master all 4 paths it would require maxing the 3 skills you know about plus an additional 8
 [OOC Marcosy] well, not maxing, but satisfying the requirements for
 [OOC Xathanon] how high do these skills need to be?
 [OOC Marcosy] they use the same numerical math as all other benison unlocks
 [OOC Marcosy] aka 35/75/145/195
 [OOC Marcosy] which one requires what is up to you
 [OOC Marcosy] i can tell you right now none of the above are 35

 [OOC Marcosy] you can absolutely get them without lux
 [OOC Marcosy] but it is hard

 [OOC Marcosy] like you may have to join a different guild to intro things

 [OOC Xathanon] but how do you get eideturgy access?

 [OOC Marcosy] also it's called lexiturgy now
 [OOC Xathanon] ...do you have to be an aedarene inducted!?

Confirmed from Marcosy, he has made a 3rd unknown benison as of 1/17/18 4:05 PM EST

confirmed information on 'The Other One':

1) We "inspired" it.

2) This uses Mortuary and some int other skill, both of which have to be at 145 skill.

3) name is "Shadow of the Grave"

4) Said to "wreck undead hard"

5) Requires rank 3.
