Rukhan is the underground home to the lothar -- a rocklike dwarven people. Laid out like along a downward spiral, it offers many services to the curious adventurer.
- Ra Taga teaches an impressive amount of rune lore and some languages.
- Riga, priest of Agni is at the bottom of Rukhan, waiting to invite you into the service of his lord.
