Rukhan is the underground home to the lothar -- a rocklike dwarven people. Laid out like along a downward spiral, it offers many services to the curious adventurer.

  • Ra Taga teaches an impressive amount of rune lore and some languages.
  • Riga, priest of Agni is at the bottom of Rukhan, waiting to invite you into the service of his lord.
  • Runyon runs a trading post offering a selection of belts imbued with magickal resistances.
