Show Launch Attack Rating

   OOC Incarnos-Only Rating Display
   Usage: show launch attack rating with <ammo> using <launcher>
   
   Displays your attack rating if the specified ammunition were launched using the specified launcher.  If you have a current opponent, the attack is evaluated as against that person.
