This is a male human with golden skin, gray hair, and brown eyes.  Lord Strom has been in the service of the Lawbringer since his family was destroyed by urgai worshippers of the
chicken god, Hakkax.  In his thirty year career, Strom has repaid those who wronged him and other minions of chaos in spades.  He, along with Father Jonathan, a revered priest of
Axa, has created the Justicars of Axa, a law-bound order of knights whose martial prowess is one to be reckoned with.  Strom himself has learned many forms of combat, which when
combined with the righteous power granted to him by his goddess, makes him a man to be feared by his enemies. He wears a gold amulet of Axa around his neck.
