Avalonian elicats
NB: the elicats in Avalon do not have a keep point value set, and cannot be kept. This doesn't affect whether they can be bonded (although they have no chats set either, so the Discordia fixed elicat is probably a more amusing choice), but when tamed they cannot be kept.
